For the chorus of this song I often have kids tap their head & belly, switching hands halfway through the chorus. In the verses we do what we sing.
Another movement I’ve tried for the chorus: “bim bom”: tap knees with backs of hands; “bim bom”: turn hands over and tap knees with palms; “Razzamatazzama”: cross hands to tap opposite knees. Repeat all these motions to “Tish tosh tish tosh, Wally woo woo.”

Bim bom, bim bom, razzamatazzama,
Tish tosh, tish tosh, Wally woo woo.
Hands on your head, hands on your knees,
When you have a cold it makes you sneeze…Ahhh choo!

Elbows front, elbows back,
When you are a duck you go “quack quack quack”
repeat

Stand up, sit down,
Up again and turn around
