On Thursday I brought out the rope and we held is (and pulled and pushed…!) as we sang: Row Row Row (with the “crocodile” verse). Our voices can be loud, both inside and out and doing this was to begin the process of self awareness and self regulation. We also sang Shake It All Over Town
