We did theYoga candle pose: Kneel (or sit comfortably) with hands in prayer position; close eyes if that feels right. Breathe in and imagine the candle lighting up your body, breathe out; breathe in again and imagine it lighting up the whole classroom, breathe out; breathe in again and imagine it lighting up the whole sculpture park. Then blow out the candle. On Thursday, Jemima, Alice, Joe, Camden, Vivian, Llewyn and Augie also did snake and mouse (curl up in a ball under your knees).
Some of us have also done yoga poses from a Barefoot Books “Yoga Pretzels” set while waiting for a turn to go to the bathroom and have snack. I’ve put images of poses we’ve done below. (the first one is Cat)
