Michael Row the Boat Ashore– we tried the new verses: The river is deep and the river is wide…milk and honey on the other side; and The river is deep and the river is cold…chills the body but not the soul.
Yoga– Eve (sculpture), and breathing with star/mountain, house/moon and waterfall/elephant, and Charlie Kelly spontaneously went into the tulip pose, and we all tried that, and then went upside down in a polar bear pose that I had a picture of, and we sang the ABC’s while upside down!
